La primera fue con ocasión de un partido jugado en Madrid ante el SANTOS de PELE, un 17 de Junio 1959, en homenaje a MIGUEL MUÑOZ, y en el que el equipo vistió de azul, por deferencia al SANTOS que vistió de blanco. La segunda, un 11 de octubre de 1967 en partido jugado contra el AJAX de CRUYFF correspondiente a la COPA DE EUROPA, cuando el Madrid creció la equipación por cortesía, ya que previamente los holandeses habían dejado al Madrid jugar de blanco en Holanda.
Pero ademas de estos partidos concretos, hemos de significar que el uniforme ha sufrido, algunas variaciones, y así podemos decir, por ejemplo que el Madrid jugó con medias de color negro hasta 1955.
Y todavía queda un dato más importante, y es que el Madrid, cuyo color blanco característico le ha seguido durante toda su historia, vivió una época en la que el uniforme varió. Me refiero a la temporada 25-26. En un viaje a Inglaterra, algunos componentes del equipo propusieron un cambio para utilizar el uniforme que entonces utilizaba el CORINTHIAN FOOTBALL CLUB. En aquella época este equipo ingles que era amateur, tenia mucha fama por el bue juego que desarrollaba, y porque se alejaba del profesionalismo que ya estaba empezando a imperar en el mundo del fútbol. El uniforme en cuestión era camiseta blanca y pantalón negro, y el madrid la utilizó en esa temporada. Pero esta novedad no duro mucho porque la derrota por 1-5 en Madrid ante el Barcelona, en un partido de Copa, y la posterior derrota en el partido de vuelta por 3-0, llevó al Presidente Pedro Parages a echar la culpa de la derrota al gafe de los uniformes nuevos, y mandó que se deshiciese de ellos, volviendo el equipo al blanco tradicional.
